Participants in the Guadalajara Marathon must be at least 19 years of age as of November 11, 2018 in order to participate.

On presentation of an identification card and the official confirmation letter, bibs are to be collected from Running Expo at the: EXPO DEPORTIVA MARATÓN INTERNACIONAL MEGACABLE GUADALAJARA, only on Friday 09 and Saturday 10 November 2018, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at the Pan American Gymnastics Complex, López Mateos Sports Center located on Calle Martín Alonso S / N Col. Industrial Colón, Corner in Av. Colón.
No bibs will be sent by post; no bibs will be issued on November 11, 2018.
If you can't make it to number pick-up, you can send someone to pick it up for you. A photocopy of some form of I.D. (valid forms of ID include, driver's license, passport, etc.), for the absent runner along with a note granting permission for the race number and packet to be picked up must be presented in order to have someone else pick up your number. Remind that here will be no number pick-up on event morning.
Yes, water stations are located approximately every 3Km along the Guadalajara Marathon course.
The Guadalajara Marathon has a 6:30 cut-off time, and the course will reopen to traffic once the marathoners doing a 6:30 pace have passed.
No, runner’s lanes will be separated from traffic lanes by cones—please stay inside the cones at all times. To ensure your safety, volunteers and police officers will monitor the course.
If you feel that you will be unable to complete the marathon and need to drop out, move to the right side of the road and look for a course volunteer for assistance.
For the safety of all Guadalajara Marathon participants, no pets or wheeled conveyances including bikes, strollers, baby joggers or in-line skates are permitted on the course. As it’s not a closed course, and so you can hear directions given by race officials, please do not wear headphones during the race.
Yes, there is a free gear location between the starting and the finishing areas. You can leave a bag and take it back after the race, by presenting your bib number. Please don’t leave valuable or irreplaceable items in your bag, and avoid bringing items that may easily fall out of your bag. The Guadalajara Marathon Organisation will be not responsible for lost or missing bags.
